The Process
To ensure a remarkable experience, I'll arrive at the venue two hours in advance to prepare for the event. By the conclusion of the occasion, a substantial part of the setup will be ready, beautifully reflecting the essence of your special moment.
Deposit
To secure your reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled one week prior to your event date. Please note that failure to make the final payment within this timeframe will result in the cancellation of your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited. All bookings are considered final.
Travel Fees
Travel fees of $0.75 per mile will be applied to events located over 40 miles away from Dalton, GA. - For events that are over 3 hours away each way, hotel accommodations must be provided to ensure a smooth and timely service. - For events located even farther away that require air travel, please contact me directly. We can discuss the details and make appropriate arrangements for travel fees. Ensuring seamless travel arrangements allows us to deliver our exceptional services to your special day, no matter the distance.
